Form - will

(For example, if you see a future event as a fixed event that cannot be changed, the present simple may be appropriate.) • Level of formality (will is usually more formal than be going to) In the tables below are the main uses of will, be going to, etc for the future.

(suggestion) • For requests, we can also use would, could or can.
