M: Before we conclude this management meeting today, I need to talk to you about changes that are being made to the paid leave policy. We originally allowed only two weeks of paid leave each year for all employees. While many found this fair, others said that it was too short and they felt stressed out the rest of the year. So we are going to try a new system. Staff will be able to take a one-week vacation three times a year. Sick days will be unlimited, as long as this doesn't interfere with their work.
