Dear Lynda,
My employees raved about your food the last time you catered for us here at The Printing Press. The company has just been awarded a substantial printing contract, which can only be - completed by working after hours. For the next ten business days, beginning tomorrow, my copy staff has agreed to work nightly from 7 to 10 p.m. I have been asked to arrange catering. I realize this is very short notice, but I am hoping that you have the resources to accept and fulfill the contract. We need enough sandwiches, salads, and desserts to feed a staff of 25 on each of these evening shifts.
