Every Place Travel: Cancellation and Refund Policy

Every Place Travel understands that events beyond our customers' control can sometimes result in the necessity to cancel your travel plans. So we make it easy for you to do so if the need arises. Our current cancellation and refund policies are outlined below.

A client must request cancellation in writing by fax or e-mail. We will calculate your refund based on the day we receive your request. Refunds are usually processed within l O to 21 business days. To cover our administrative costs, we charge a minimum cancellation fee of $1 50.00 per person. Please refer to the chart below:

Number of days prior to departure Cancellation fee per person
90 days+ $150.00
45 - 89 days 60% of the total price
30 -44 days 80% of the total price
Less than 30 days 100% of the total price (no refund)

Under no circumstances do we make exceptions to this policy. We therefore strongly urge our clients to purchase travel insurance in order to protect yourselves in the event that you must unexpectedly cancel your trip.

This e-mail serves as my official written notice to cancel my San Francisco trip. Regrettably, I did not purchase the recommended travel insurance from your agency. I do hope that under the circumstances, you will consider issuing a partial refund. The total cost of the trip was $2,350.00. Please let me know how you will proceed.
